Crostini with truffles

Recipe for 4 people

Ingredients

3 – 4 EL Summer truffle sauce with mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil
30 gbutter
1small pressed garlic clove
1 anchovy fillet in salt
4 slicesWhite bread, getoastet
5 gTruffle carpaccio in extra virgin olive oil pickled truffle slices
Truffle oil based on the best extra virgin olive oil
salt
Parmesan

preparation

Wash, grind and chop the anchovy fillet.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the pressed garlic clove and the anchovy and fry gently for 1 – 2 minutes. Now add the summer truffle sauce and warm up on a low heat.

Spread the toasted white bread slices with the mixture, round off with sea salt and a drop of truffle oil. Garnish with freshly planed parmesan and fresh truffles.
