Spaghetti with pesto and fried shrimp

Recipe for 4 people

Ingredients

250 gSpaghetti
250 gShrimps, frozen
1-2Garlic cloves, pressed
Extra virgin olive oil
approx. 8 TB Pesto (depending on taste)
Pepper
salt
Parmesan, freshly grated

preparation

Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 8 – 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, add the shrimps and fry until crispy.

Add the pesto, dilute the mixture with some pasta water and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti, mix with a little pesto and spread over four plates.
